It’s been an AGE since we last did a writing prompt war, but the time has come once again! Buckle on your armour, it’s time to go to war.

If you haven’t been around for one of these before, check out this topic to see how it works.

The prompt: write a dream sequence (aka a story in which the character is dreaming)

The dates: Monday 3rd – Monday 17th

You know the drill by now, but I’ll add it here anyway.

1. We brainstorm on this topic (NOT in the doc). We decide on the story concept, choose characters, etc.
2. Someone volunteers and writes a rough first draft in this google doc HERE. You can each add your ideas into the story and help. (NOTE: the scene has to be under 2500 words)
3. We edit. We polish. We make sure that this is the best we can make it. (Using the Suggest Edits mode.) And as…dream-y as we can make it. 🤔

I actually have no immediate ideas for this one, because we could literally go anywhere. Our strong points are character voice and humour, but I’m not sure if we’ve used comedy too frequently by now. 😂
