*steps up onto podium…*

Okay Rillumen… we are falling behind… and honestly it may not be your fault, it’s probably not… but I wonder what we can do to pick stuff back up. What’s a war without pain a toil. This isn’t supposed to be easy. But we can do it. Even in sharpening each other as iron, something is shaved away. It’s not a pleasant process. But it’s good.

So to each and everyone one of you, I reach out my hand. Together we shall clasp and climb up the mountain, letting our calves and arches burn as we push off of each granite ledge, working ever toward the top. Let our eyes look ever upward, as we work toward a common goal… the peak.

I have seen what Rillumen can pull out in a day’s worth of time… and it is amazing. I have seen what Parimi Alca did in a week’s time with only eight people… and it is amazing. And now I look to you, my fellow Lumenites, and I ask you what we have to bring to this party. A trickle of water, or a river? A splitsplat of droplets, or a waterfall?

Let us not only take this war to the enemy, let us take this to each and every one of us. This is personal, not between two Lumenites, but within one. We, through self control, can work together and do amazing things, learning, growing, and shedding light.

To everyone I propose a wordwar, within this guild, where we can contest each other in brotherhood. For in each sprint, racing each other for the top of the mountain we will be ever running to the peak, as Rillumen. Illumenate the world!
