Great question! I read a ton of history and historical fiction, and some others (like mystery, contemporary, fantasy, etc…) occasionally. What are some of your favorite his-fic books you’ve read? Do you read a lot? I read like 200+ books a year…a lot. 😀

Lol! It’s okay, you just had me nearly doubled over from laughter there for a little bit. XD I guess if laughter is good medicine, that was kind of you to heal me entirely for at least a week. 😀

Yeah, I get it! I stopped writing just to finish school first, then I can dedicate more time to it. Tough, but more practical. 🙂 I am doing pretty well…always too much to do, but good, lol!

XD! I have thought about it somewhat, and I think it will depend on which book, as far as whether I use self-publishing or traditional. I might use different methods for different books. 🙂

I agree, though…right now it is ‘finish the books’, (and finish school) first!

Yes, that makes sense! I typically go for omniscient POV, or else occasionally 1st person.

One thing would be just researching (or detailed worldbuilding for fantasy writers) a lot, so that you really understand where the individual character is coming from/how they think.

Well, it is a lot of self-evaluation, and I know people who have taken it and come out with a super high rank when I have read their writing and consider it not nearly that good, lol! Thus I don’t really know how accurate that estimate is of me until I actually finish and publish a book, I guess. 🙂

Yes, they do! I am writing it 3rd person omniscient. Ten chapters through. 🙂 I paused on writing for a few months, though, in order to finish school first.
