@steward-of-the-pen Haha, yeah, nothing like bookworms and writers to lengthen that to-read list! I highly recommend the Inheritance Cycle (Eragon). There is some violence, however, so be warned. It’s an epic hero’s journey, high fantasy.
Thanks, I just saved it as a picture so I can check it out!! It looks like a great organizational tool!

@ajaj2000 Cool. Thanks! I appreciate the new resource!! I like that the videos are all so short. Makes it hard to not watch them because ‘you don’t have time.’

@pookiemonster Hahaha. XD Thanks for the party welcome.
@gracelivingston Happy Summer! School definitely gets crazy at the end of spring! Don’t know why they can’t space out the crazy and let us be! XD
Hey, we could do something on TeeSpring. Create your own custom design and then everyone could grab one that way. I think the idea of a mossy…[Read more]

@ajaj2000 No worries! 😀 You know, I guess each of my characters have bits and pieces of me in them. Some have bits and pieces of my dreams, my fears, my hopes, my insecurities. They have skills I wish I had, skills I do have, traits both physical and emotional that I have and don’t have. They’re kind of a hodgepodge, but they all have little…[Read more]

@sir-leeds *grins* Pleasure’s all mine! *shakes hand vigorously* Well, I figure if I end up in jail, I should probably know who the people are I’d call to bail me out. XD
Oh, man, writing ruts are no fun at all! I’ve kind of been in a bit of one myself regarding my short story competition piece. So, that’s one thing I’m quote unquote working on.…[Read more]

@steward-of-the-pen Howdy! So, for some reason, I read your post with a very highly caffeinated narration. XD
I, too, am a re-reader! 😀 and refuse to choose a single book as my favorite! There are far too many! But, give me some parameters, genre, topics, etc. and I can totally pull some cool recommendations out of my hat!
Yay for the lightbulb…[Read more]

@rolena-hatfield and @scribbles Oh, I definitely have an evil laugh! XD Guess that means I’m outta the club. Oh, well. *chuckles darkly* *rubs hands together* *fades into the darkness* XD Oh, also, love the way you discovered your laugh, Rolena!!
And I think I’m all caught up and sort of semi-acquainted with everyone! Yay!!

@gracelivingston Howdy! You do a great job with the podcast! 😀 I loved your camping embellishment. And, I also have recently made writing consistently a priority! And your poems sound super unique. 🙂 Nice to meet you!

@scribbles Haha, it happens!
Oh, um…uh…let’s see…it’s been months since I tried cookies. I don’t remember the temp or the time, but the first batch I tried, I think I mixed stuff the wrong way. I mixed all the wet things together and all the dry things together, then added the wet things to the dry things, and somehow ended up with batter.…[Read more]

Yeah, this group is full of great ideas!!!
@pookiemonster made a good point: our days are dwindling. I listed out all of the ideas I found in the doc thus far and came up with seven ideas. So, if you guys want to go on over and take a vote, I think that would help get the ball rolling so we can start an…[Read more]

@scribbles Oops, sorry…too much? XD I get a little carried away sometimes.
Yeah! That does make sense!! It’s fun, I think, to see where stories can go once you no longer have those constrictions though. Ever thought about going back and doing what you wanted with it without the page restrictions? YAY for cajoling!! 😀

@scribbles *GASP* YES! TEACH ME YOUR WAYS! PLEASE!!! @scribbles Hmm…so…the ending…was…abrupt. They never addressed the core issue that started Sarah down the spiraling path with Finn. She snapped at him, which never came back up. She never explained to him why she became distant, her fear of losing him as a friend, her fear of rejection–again. And they never sorted out the deal with the…[Read more]

@scribbles So, I’m reading this now and must admit I’m enjoying it far too much!! XD I feel like you’re going to open up the doc, see all my comments, and be like “huh? What was she thinking?” Cause some of them feel more like I’m talking to myself…so…open commentary comments are totally lurking in your document.
