Nice work guys!

@cassidy, wordsmith was right.  Those all count, and you’re automatically signed up just by being in Rillumen.  (It used to be different, but we changed all that.)

@brie-donning OH MY WORD SO RELATABLE.  Climaxes are my kryptonite.  Every. Time.

@scribbles

I VOTE DUG.

It’s ironic.

And then we can all say DOGGO instead of SQUIRREL when people get off task and nobody will ever have a clue what’s going on.

@cassidy

YAY FIRST GUILD WAR!

Well, the first important part is that Rillumen HAS NOT LOST a word war, and we don’t plan on starting now.  So saddle up (horse pun) and let’s get rolling.  It’s not complicated, just keep track of the number of words you write in the acceptable categories (outlined above) and at the end of the war (Tuesday n…[Read more]

@missfaeriekaiti, wow more words!  COOL.  And hey, fun new stories are the BESTEST.  Hope it goes well.

Nice work guys!  Gotta keep rolling.

Don’t look now, but it seems our success or failure will be remembered forever and ever and all prosperity will look back upon us:

GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never moved in my life… I can’t imagine.  Will pray.

@Cassidy

HI.  I’m sorry, I should have been here sooner… BUT HI.

That book sounds AWESOME.  Like, seriously.  Where are you in the writing process?  Is the Scepter storyline the story of the whole trilogy, or just the first book?  Is it multi-POV or does it just follow Kallista?

SO MANY QUESTIONS that sounds cool.

Oh oh oh, are the rept…[Read more]

Unfortunately, assignments don’t count (unless it’s fiction or poetry), so I guess we’ll hear from you Sunday!

@happyholly_c Yeah, basically a lot of people want to participate but they’re in the editing stage, so we bent the rules so that they could participate (ish).

So for example, if you have a scene that’s 1,000 words long, and after you edit it it’s 1,100 words long, you can report 100 words on your wordcount.  The reason for this is that that…[Read more]

Same doc

Hey guys, I scrubbed over the doc y’all have been working on and tried to include most of y’all’s (really great) ideas.  Feel free to look it over if you get a minute, otherwise I’m gonna turn it in around 10:30.

Remember, if we end up deciding we want to do something else with it, we can change it later.

Thanks @wordsmith

Y’all have done most of my work for me. YAY!!! 😛

I really appreciate that y’all just shrugged off my two-week absence and got to work to get this in on a short deadline.  Cheers all around!

@scribbles

INDEX CARDS!!!  Once I get my character outlines done I’m going to break out the old storyboard and yeah, I’m excited.

@poetry WHY YOU LIKE THIS??? STAHP IT.

@graceabounds2129 I don’t know if you’re into writing craft books (you should be if you want to learn lots easily) but I’m going through Jeff Gerke’s Plot vs Character right now and I think maybe it would be perfect for you as you try to balance being character driven and having a plot and distinct character voices and all that jazz.  I’d…[Read more]

I got done(ish) with Lance last night.  Got to get some school and SE stuff done tonight before I get back into it… gonna be a late one!
