Hey guys!

Three announcements concerning New Wessex.

1. I know sometimes community building, brainstorming, etc can be difficult on a forum. So I’m going to run an experiment. I’m going to create a group chat. You guys vote. It could be Facebook, it could be Hangouts. We’ll see how it goes. 😛

2. The guilds as a whole have decided to stop doing the weekly theme discussions. Our reasoning is that there wasn’t a whole lot of discussion going on, they were a hassle, and you can get articles anywhere if that’s what you’re coming for.

3. As far as guild wars go, I’ve now set myself automated reminders so they should happen consistently. 😛 Word wars will continue as always. Prompt wars from now on will happen once every other month. In the in-between months, we’ll have some other activity which will vary from month to month. (These activities have yet to be decided.)

I’ll also try to do “how y’all doing?” posts more often — like once a month if that sounds good.
