Happy new year guys!

To be frankly honest, I was not expecting so much to have changed between this time last year and now. I mean, Story Ember’s didn’t even exist then. But anyways. That’s not what this lesson is about.

Before I get stuck into our new topic, I’d love everyone to tell me what they think about a few things. As you know, I’m trying to tailor this to help as many of you as possible. Take five to ten minutes answering these quick questions.

1. What are three things you know about characters?
2. What are three things you’d like to know about characters?
3. What do you believe the crafting of characters has to do with powerful writing?
4. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being appalling, 10 being stunning) how well do you think you write characters?

If anyone dares to answer these questions on letters, then I will be very disappointed, seeing that it is sad when people use a pun that has already been pointed out. xD

Also, what day do you feel suits you best for your lessons? At current, I’m doing them Australian Mondays, but is there a day that better works? Please remember that you don’t have to complete them on the day anyways.
