this is what my posture would have been , i searched google and when u bend your body to run , one leg will be straight back and another bent in the air . i think the perspective is messed up , the posture is correct but the view is not . the view is orthogonal , it is supposed to be perspective . u need to draw the right leg bigger than the other parts . just google perspective view , if u couldn’t understand, i can teach you . and it depends , i draw poses from my mind if its just or fun or do something simple . if i want to look really good i use reference . but for animation i always use reference

Read comics and try to copy the art there cause there are lot of foreshortening in comics and in comics they overexaggerate the foreshortening by making the hand in front look bigger than the head which is unrealistic but looks cool which is my style .
