Read comics and try to copy the art there cause there are lot of foreshortening in comics and in comics they overexaggerate the foreshortening by making the hand in front look bigger than the head which is unrealistic but looks cool which is my style .

The thing in outside is bigger and the thing in the inside is smaller , try using perspective lines if it’s too tough for u .

But don’t go too complex as soon as u start like a straight hand towards you which is the toughest in foreshortening and I need practice in it too , try more easier poses …and practice a lot .. and copy the art from comic and try seeing YouTube videos for more tips , I watch box-office artist ,he is really good in comic art .he talks about this in detail .. hope it helped
