What I read – I finished reading Dune, started reading The Confession by John Grisham, Tenemental by Vikki Warner, and American Military History by Wesley K. Clark via The Great Courses. I picked up or was gifted a ton more book (biography, drama, essay, fantasy, magical realism, military scifi) but I doubt I’ll be reading these over the next two weeks =P

What I wrote – A very little amount toward my novella Gilded Dark. Some random scenes for warm up that went nowhere.

What I learned – Some WWI history I wasn’t terribly familiar with!

Other stuff – My goals for the next two weeks are to finish my novella Gilded Dark and edit both it and Ivory Sun. I need to figure out some mental exercises to help me use my time at work for writing even though I don’t have access to paper.

How about the rest of you? What have you all done this past couple weeks? Where are you going now? We’re in a new year, lads and lasses. We’re gonna do amazing things, praise the Lord!
