Yes…poor Tom (I changed his name in this question, or else my former betas would be on a mission to save him from me 😛 ). That’s a good point to keep him somewhat in the story. I had an idea of incorporating mini, one-page chapters in his POV with little peeks into what’s happening to him.

Pretty well. She’s more cooperative than the Cloak was. But she is one of the more traumatized characters. So, going mostly well. 😛

@snapper I’m afraid I’m not very savvy when it comes to spicing up climaxes, but here are some ideas that came to mind:

– MC realizes that whoever gets close to a bunch of Melteds and Chairs begins to be controlled by them. (in line with a few of Mariposa’s ideas)
