Hey all! This is a super short story (800 words) that I’m hoping to submit to the new Havok ezine that split off from Splickety Publishing. Anyhoo, I’d LOVE feedback if ya’ll have a minute to read it quick. 😀

I think it needs a bit more in the way of stronger verbs and unique prose. I think the core is strong enough, just needs a bit more pep. 🙂 I can have up to 1,000 words, so adding is okay.
