Hermione brightened after Amberly finished speaking.
“That’s what must be in the book. The Song of the Sea!” Hermione said.
“Great job, Am,” Emberyn grinned at his sister.
“Yeah, Amberly, thanks to you and Hermione we finally have a real plan,” Harry said.
“Aw, thanks you guys,” Amberly smiled, blushing slightly.

*begins considering how Rupert is likely to react to meeting Hagrid* Not sure if he’d be intimidated or not. . . probably not, come to think of it — at least, not very much. I mean, Rupe’s faced off with Gilgamesh for crying out loud, and while I don’t know how tall Gil is, for an exact comparison with Hagrid, he…[Read more]

Thanks!
Yeah, he’s still there, but I kind of forgot about him…sorry, Hagrid!! I’ll try and write him into the next scene. I wonder if Rupert would be intimidated by him at all… I guess we’ll have to wait and see. 😉

No worries! I know the feeling 😉 Which book is it? Right now, I’m going back and forth between rereading N. D. Wilson’s The Drowned Vault (book 2 of The Ashtown Burials, and also where I plucked Rupert from for this), and reading A. S. Peterson’s The Fiddler’s Gun for the first tim…[Read more]

Thank you!! As I’ve said before, I adore yours, too. 🙂
And, yes, as Joelle Stone explained so well, it’s a bunch of inside jokes XD She and I have known each other outside of SE and the old Wingfeather site, so we’ve accumulated many inside jokes/conversations XD
XD Poor Meat….I still strongly dislike Mama…[Read more]

Whoops, sorry, we lapsed into inside joke mode. XD Basically, my family raises cows and of the four years that we’ve been here, the four cows that we’ve bred, and the nine or ten bulls that have fathered our calves, we have had exactly thirteen calves. One didn’t make it this year, sadly. But the interesting part is that all…[Read more]

*scratches head uncertainly* Hmm…. I don’t know if I have the time/brain-power to be on this story a lot. I’M NOT LEAVING! I just think my posts will be a little scarce. But who knows? I might end up being on here more than I see myself doing right now XD

Aha! I was going to ask you about that in another post, but I completely forgot. XD
Yep, calad means “light” (celeb is silver). It means “Flame light! Flee darkness!” It’s a battle-cry. 🙂 Are you learning Sindarin?!

What Winter Rose said 😉
_____________________________________________________________________________________
“Nice to meet you, Mr. Greeves,” said the red-haired boy, extending his hand to Rupert. “I’m Ron Weasley.”
Rupert nodded in acknowledgement, and shook Ron’s hand.
The other boy stepped forward, shaking Rupe’s hand…[Read more]

I think Wingiby Iggiby’s gone for a while, and it’s been forever since Crazy Writer was here…and I myself am having trouble keeping up with stuff on SE, so… IDK. The story might be dead 🙁
