@allison-grace I’m not sure, you could probably ask someone over at the FAQ section.

@allison-grace Only an hour? Why’d you only stay an hour?

@snapper Sounds kinda cool. I’ll bring it up at the council, we’ll see what the other members think. 🙂

@snapper I really like the nickname you have for your group. Rillumen hasn’t figured out what we are going to be called.

@sir-leeds Welcome to Rillumen! What genre do you write? And since you write poetry, you should go on over to the Poetry section and share some of your poems. 🙂

Kayla Joy replied to the topic Music for Writing in the forum Rillumen’s Writing Discussions 8 years, 6 months ago
For one of my books I am trying out a technique where I imagine the book as a movie and desscribe what I’m watching. The soundtrack I chose for that “movie” is a bunch of Micheal Jackson songs. Bad, Little Susie, Heal the World, Beat It, and Man in the Mirror are some of the songs on that soundtrack. 🙂
I love listening to music when I write. :)…[Read more]

@jessi-rae I hope I can finish it on time. Aned yes, if it turns out good, then I may put it on Youtube to make it easier to show friends. 🙂

@jessi-rae It’s a conspiracy theorist/Illuminati story. Screenplays are super complicated. I am not sure if I’ll get it done in time to film this summer, but I’m trying.

@allison-grace I don’t think they are siblings… personal opinion. You are welcome to think what you like though. Either of us could be proven wrong when Episode 9 come out. 😛 Old Luke was pretty funny… I just think Rian Johnson took the comedy a little too far at some spots.
There can never be too many apologies in the world (I’m Canadian :…[Read more]

Greetings fellow
procrastinatorwriter! 🙂 I am so happy to see you like a lot of the same things I do. I am even currently trying to work on a screenplay for a short film I want to direct this summer. Screenplays are harder than you’d think. 😛I really love the premise of your WIP. I love both of those stories, I would love to see what your…[Read more]

@rolena-hatfield Silent Songbird is my favourite. 🙂 Fairest Beauty was the first one I read, it was the one that got me hooked on her writing. I am waiting for The Orphan’s Wish to come out… I am at that stage where I am waiting for a lot of my favourite series to get a new book out.

Has anyone else read the wonderful books by Melanie Dickerson? She writes amazing Christian Historical Romance based off of classic fairytales. She is one of my favourite authors. 🙂

@allison-grace Another SW fan! Yay! I am actually working with a few friends on a SW Rebels era fanfic. My character’s name is Cleo Jinn, she is Qui Gon Jinn’s niece. 🙂 My favourite force user is Qui Gon, least favourite is Maul (because he killed Qui Gon and JUST WON’T DIE!). I don’t like Snoke, I am a Reylo shipper (don’t judge) and I did not…[Read more]

I think we are kindred spirits. I love it when people are as big Disney Addicts as I am. 🙂
@gracelivingston Yes. We need a cool logo so we can put it on t-shirts and stuff.

@rolena-hatfield Your middle name is Joy too? That is so cool. 🙂
@ashlyvye I’m doing the same thing. I am homeschooled as well, which gives me a little more time to do stuff like writing and going on forums. But I have 2 jobs, which eats up my time. Growing up is hard to do.

Kayla Joy replied to the topic Well-done dystopian novels…where can I find 'em? in the forum General Writing Discussions 8 years, 6 months ago
I agree with the motion of The Giver. Great book. I just wish the author would write a sequel… I am not the biggest fan of the ending. The movie is almost as good as the book, one of the only movies based off of a book that actually stays pretty true to the story.
I read a good dystopian book a few years ago that I liked, but I cant remember…[Read more]
