@i-david I actually did mean to call you Davie, and Master used is used “as a title prefixed to the name of a boy not old enough to be called “Mr.” It’s so much more insulting that way. *grins maliciously*
And yeah, I guess you’re right. Maybe it depends on whose name it is you’re punning on.

@eden-anderson *receives hug and gives one back* Ah, dear. I kinda sensed you might be hurt, and then I felt really bad. 😢
Should I put the suggestions on here, or on the Google doc?
@i-david Edenethor= Eden +Author Right, Master-Davie-Giver-of-Nicknames?
E-DEN OF LIONS Ha! (Wait, isn’t that kinda mean?)😮

@eden-anderson Ah, dear girl, I feel like I’ve just torn right into you with dragon claws. Looking over my comments, some of them were pretty brutal. I’m sorry.
I truly do want to help you, and I have an idea that might better match with your setting if you would permit me to share.

The snow glistens under the moonlight
Like a sea of diamonds–
But as I walk, my footprints
Mar the perfectness.

@kari-karast I was referring to the thing I wrote (“rhymes better than prune juice anyway”), meaning I should just stick with writing humorous pieces instead of trying to be some wise guy/smart aleck.
Sorry if I sounded cranky last night…. or stupid. 😉

@kari-karast Ha! My jokes are so stupid no one notices them. Yeah, that was it. I tell you I’m tired. *sigh* I should just stick with “prune juice.”
And yeah I’m taking Spanish II so, um, “Dios le bendiga”? Buenas noches, senorita!

@kari-karast Whoo, boy. I would NOT wanna be you.
Yeah, so my feeble attempt at humor failed. Guess I’m tired. “The Critic” was written a week ago, so it was funnier. Good night, crazies.

@kari-karast Must be real tough. Tortured characters are the most dangerous threats known to writerkind. What do you do, hang ’em by their toes and tickle away with a feather duster? (Okay, sorry, I admit that was really, really lame.)

Thank you, thank you. @i-david I have a confession to make. I actually had to Google “breaking the fourth wall”. XD Well, you learn something new every

@i-david Thanks!
The Critic
For her a pumpkin spice latte
For me a plain black coffee…
Well, hello, yourself. What am I doing? Well, I’m writing a poem.
See? It’s called “A Coffee Shop.” That’s boring? Well, why don’t you come up with a better–
Say that again? Coffee doesn’t rhyme with latte? Sure it does– it rhymes better than, say,…[Read more]
