So, Parimis, it has come to my attention, that having a space to put up tricks that help people know when to use certain words, pieces of grammar, etc, could be helpful. That will save having to hunt through all of the critues and things to find that one gem that someone had.

A good way to structure things like this is as follows:

Affect vs Effect

These two get mixed up a lot. But there’s an easy way to remember which is which.

Affect is the Action
e.g. They didn’t want to affect the project negatively

Effect is the End result
e.g. They had a negative effect on the project
