@R-M-archer we could use your fantasy smarts here.

I’m thinking we could do this not as a typical ‘London chimneysweep’ deal, but actually have it be a chimneysweep ring in a fantasy city. What difference does it make? At heart, none, but it could do two things. One, allow us to get really creative with the way chimneys are swept (do the boys bribe the fire pixies with lumps of coal to let them pass without harming them, or maybe to tell them the secrets of what things go on inside the houses? Are the fire pixies playful? Treacherous? Mischievous and wicked?). Two, mix and match the familiar with the unfamiliar and make it much fresher and more engaging.

Ideas, anyone? What do you think? What are some cool and relevant ways to get creative with our setting?
