So with what you all are saying the city burning in the end idea could still kind of fit!!! Like if the hero knows the villain is going to burn down the city and can’t stop him and in the end, the city burns down and everyone has to leave. So the last scene would kinda physically represent the burning of his old life and choosing something better. Cause choosing the easy way is not necessarily the best and it would be happy but so sad… That was just the thought I had off all your guys ideas. and maybe not write the whole story that goes with it but like one last conversation between the two and the city burning and tell the story just in a very short snippet… what do you guys think

Also, the character worksheet sounds like a good idea but we should fill it out together. Maybe we can work off of the ideas of the person who wants to write and kinda revise and perfect together.
