Here’s what I need to know. Are there two separate forces? Like one for dealing with rebels and one for the other crimes of the city. Also, does each sector have it’s own force? If so, what sector does Logan belong to?

I’m working on Pasha’s next part, and Urwen asked for Pasha and Kedori to find Jin and Era. Do you have anything specific Kedori would do upon finding a rebel. (He doesn’t have to know it’s a rebel, but I can’t just have the two dogs do all the talking.)
