@silverclaw-bonnetfolly My heart. O.O That is probably the best one yet.
What if we show 2 characters, saying a tearful goodbye as one parts to go to a different country for the next 2 years for school? The characters write back and forth over the 2 years, and we give some snippets from them, kind of telling the story of the passing years through…[Read more]

@j-a-penrose Sure π Here’s what I said in the document anyway:
So for a death scene, maybe we could have it between just two characters? (really emotionally attached to each other characters) Like a parent and child, two love interests, or something.

*cackles with delight* A DEATH SCENE! π
Sorry I got really excited when I saw the topic. π
So we go into the document and put in suggestions for ideas of what scene we’ll do? And then once we decide, we each get to write a part of the scene?

@evelyn Halt is soooooo amazing! I love his sarcasm.
Also, I should mention another movie with great suspense: Inception. It’s a complicated and hard to follow movie that we got from the library earlier this year, and not all the language is the best, but the suspense is so good! I was on the edge of my seat for all of it. I also love using its…[Read more]

It’s been a while since I’ve read a book with really good pacing and suspense, so I’m trying to scape one up from my memory. Hopefully I’m choosing correctly. XD
I love these three book series that I (think) have good pacing and suspense (it’s been a while since I’ve read them):
The Ranger’s Apprentice
Keeper of the Lost Cities
Harry…[Read more]

I have a really big prayer request: I have a friend who I’ve known all my life (literally there is no memory of mine of meeting her) and she goes to boarding school (she has since grade 4). A few years back, her dad had a stroke, and ever since, he’s been in a wheelchair and in an out of the hospital, having small strokes once and a while. But…[Read more]

I always enjoy fantasy; so much room to throw around creativity! π
I agree withΒ @evelyn about Parimis. Just try putting it in a sentence; sounds cool! (I’m a Parimis! The Parimis rock. The Parimis are going to win. etc. π )
For food… I love spicy food. And chocolate. Maybe those should be some of our foods? π

@evelyn Inception was so confusing, but I enjoyed the plot. π
I haven’t heard that one; I love the End Credits one in the album. (I use iTunes for music)

@evelyn I love Hans Zimmer music as well. Whenever I need intense scenes, I definitely go to his music from the movie Inception.

Hey there!
I am a fantasy writer, and I love fantasy. The amazing imposibleness of it is really awesome to write about. But I am having trouble with figuring out how to incorporate God into my stories that also include dragons, swords, and magic. Is it okay to do this? And what is the best way to go about it? (Without ruining the theme of God or…[Read more]
