Footsteps pounded on the street. Megyn lifted her head, her facing lifting with a small smile when she saw Kedori racing towards her. Tucking the permission slip inside her coat, she stepped forward to meet him. Her smile faded a little at the sight of the tears in his eyes. As he stopped in front her, she lifted her hand in a silent wave.

After swiping a hand across his face, he lifted shaky hands and signed Thank you
