Though the Lights Burn Down

Through the pining night watch I will shine brightly on 

My flame fed by the Father of the lamps of Light

Though the dark ones throw their evil rays around me

Through the Father my flame will burn on through the night

 

Though the sons of light all burn down all around me,

My fire will burn the brighter burn for the love inside.

For the sons of light to see Christ’s love in purity-

My flame will not flicker, ne’er to darkness hide.

 

Though the lights burn down all around,

For the Father of Lights I will shine for eternity.

Though the Chosen Ones all flicker,

Fro the strength to shine I pray, always His anthems sing

Though the lights all burn down, I will shine brightly on.
