A Wingfeather Saga poem about Throne Wardens. Not that great at poetry, but I’m working on it.

The Throne Warden.

Courageous, loyal, true,

Protector of his siblings’ life and freedom,

Learner of the Word,

Keeper of not just pen, but also sword,

Hearer of the sea dragons song,

Warrior against Gnag’s wrong,

Artham with his wings,

Janner with his heart of gold,

Brave, courageous, and sometimes bold,

Writer of not just one story,

Lover of verse and poetry,

These brave souls with Eremund’s Fire,

Cutting and burning away the villainous, poisonous briars,

These people, children, sons and daughters,

Firstborns of Anniera,

Lover and loved by the Maker,

Protector, author, warrior, lover,

The Throne Warden.

Again, I’m working on my poetry, and hopefully I’m getting there.

Hi! I’m glad that you like my poem! This is the first piece of poetry that I’ve written and posted (not including the one for a collaborative story I did) on here. And I’m really glad that my poem made you want to read The Wingfeather Saga even more, as it is my absolute fav book series (as you can probably tell from my username and quote).
