@evelyn I love Les Mis! (although, that’s Historical Fiction, not Historical Fantasy) It was a nightmare to read at times, but I still think it was worth it.

@steward-of-the-pen Fantasy across an entire history? Books that come to mind are The Silmarillion and if you read every single book set in the Cosmere by Brandon Sanderson… Hmmm. There must be more, but I can’t think of them.
