The nostalgia of looking through my characters from NaNo 2017… aw past me was so ambitious. Yes what if my cast was 94 characters and I had a dictionary’s worth of backstory that sounds just about right.

@catwing The scene with the basement? I remember that. Yep, that’s where I am now!

Actually, I’m going back through old notes from ~a year ago, so I’m not really writing. Apparently the only way to be productive on one thing is to procrastinate on something else lol.  

@catwing Heyo! I’m working on… well, I’m supposed to be working on my serial story, but I might be editing my NaNo draft. Whatcha up to?

Oh! I forgot about write-ins. Yeah, like @catwing said, there are often local writing meet-ups (called “write-ins”) where you go and write alongside other writers and you can participate in word wars and that kind of thing. My local library often hosts those for the younger writers in the area, at least throughout November if not the Camps.

Hey, so I hardly know anything about NaNo so please excuse my ignorance…but what’s the difference between NaNo and Camp NaNo? And is Camp NaNo a real, physical camp or is it online?
