That was fantastic!! It’s such an intriguing subject, and it took quite a turn!

I love how you accentuate the villain’s cruelty, and the first part has a certain melancholy about it, like you expect the villain to regret it.

And then the first half of the reply once again accents the fact that the villain knows what the price of their actions was, and you expect them to be repentant, and then in the last part you can see they genuinely do not regret it, and it was a surprise, but it made the poem far more impactful! I LOVE it!!
