    @kimlikesart OOOOOH I LIKES THIS!!!!!!

    Alessio was still trying to process all the chaos in his head when everything exploded into color that could’ve cracked under his skull. Instinct jolts him to his feet, snatching for any noise to prepare for a sudden attack from any direction. A moan like the whole ground gusting with pain. And suddenly everything’s dim again, shut in. Gasping, Alessio glanced around to the snarling of four different creatures in the corners of the room. Looking for the others Mayra, Brendin, Ni…
    “Nithel!” He dashed to his vanishing form, grasping for his transparent hand. No, nonono no. “Don’t go..”
    The words were more mouthed than even whispered as he stared up at his…friend. Please… This wasn’t death, Nithel was going home; Alessio should be glad for him. please don’t go. With a fractured look, he struggled to hold on to that same peace and calm in his friend always, and not make a scene or cause his friend pain. But he couldn’t think anything unselfish as much as he tried he just wanted his friend he couldn’t lose him now…
    “Thank you,” He whispered, trying to get the words in before he faded entirely “thank you for coming to me when I first arrived here, for caring about me even after I ran away. Thank you, that you never gave up on me, even when I did…”
    Alessio was trying so hard to be brave but his eyes were blurring and he wasn’t sure he could say another word without cracking. Don’t go don’t go please don’t go don’t leave me please don’t go. There was nothing he could do to deserve anything his friend had already done for him…
    “May you always be a light, in the dark, when all other lights go out” He stared up at Nithel, and smiled, like there was a spark of life actually revived in his eyes, even through his tears. “…son of Father.”
