I have not heard of Steve Berry, but I just looked him up and his books seem right down my alley. I will definitely be trying to get my hands on some of his books.

I have seen the second of the two films starring Downy as Sherlock. It was a decent movie (helped greatly by the fact that Downy is a very entertaining actor), but I personally didn’t feel like it did a great job capturing the essence of Sherlock. It felt more like an action movie, and Downy seemed to be acting more like a fists flying superhero (some habits carry from movie to movie I guess xD).  I did appreciate the way Moriarty’s plan was well crafted and had a sound goal.
