So as you scroll through the comments you may notice that I haven’t been in this discussion but hey I am joining now! haha.

So Grace, you were saying how you have a vision to write books that subtly point people to Christ. For me, I have recently been thinking, (like Katja was saying, not all of my books are necessarily going to mention God but they will be clean to a point that hopefully they can point people to Christ.) But I was thinking, if I can write a book without God mentioned in the story but make it so well written that people would remember that book and want to read other books that are written by me, I could have published (hopefully someday) a book that will have God that will directly point readers to Him and so in so publishing both types of books I can “kill two birds with one stone” if you know what I am getting at here… 😀

Yes! I noticed that in Star Wars too!

Sometimes I have this super cool story line in movie form in my brain. Like I can see a “movie” of this plot line in my head. And then I struggle getting it down on paper. I think it would be VERY cool, awesome, and fun to write movie scripts BUT I don’t think I could ever make that become a reality. 😀

So we own this movie called The Game and it is about this girl who learns how to play chess and a bunch of other things (that’s not the point of me mentioning this). In the movie her grandma dies and the little girl (9 maybe) starts thinking about where she would go when she died. Unfortunately (I don’t think the movie was Christian but…) they had her in one scene ask her dad what would happen to her when she died and where she would go and her dad responds “don’t worry about it honey. I just don’t know.” To me that was very sad because although it is a fake story and just a movie, there are so many people out there searching for answers about stuff like this. And WE can be the ones to point them to Jesus. Through books and movies and whatever else.

I just wanted to share that with you and get you thinking about that too :D.
