I don’t usually spend a lot of time searching for names (I have done it though), I just usually keep the character in mind, and eventually a name falls into place. Or, I pick a name, and the character falls into place.😄

One of my favourite ways to get names is to pay attention to the credits at the end of a movie, especially if I need a last name.

A name defines your character. I like making-up names, but I also use regular ones…mostly to keep it simple and easy on the reader. For example, my MC (in my “masterpiece” story😁) is Enan, but his sisters are Kayla and Ella. So it’s kinda a mix.
