Me: *rubs back of neck* Phew. . . that one’s a doozy, isn’t it? *laughs nervously*

Tai: That’s it. *slams pedal of car to the floor and zooms toward me*

Kiet: NO, Tai!

Grace: *stands in way of car* *Tai slams on brakes* He’s right, you know. I can find ways to make her pay a lot worse than that.

Me: *laughs nervouslier* Maybe I should let this one slide. . .

Grace: *coolly* Maybe you should.

Me: *hides in tree*
