I would love to do short story wars, yes!! Some of us (I think it’s a general populous thing, not just Parimis) are doing flash fiction wars over on a thread somewhere. But I wouldn’t mind short stories at all!! I think individual would be best. Mainly because I don’t know if we have enough active peeps to do groups. We might could do groups of two, but I still think individually would be better.

As far as the weekly lessons go, I seldom read any of them just because of lack of time on my part. However, I would like that to be started again, and I will try to read as many as I can. And I may have a couple theme ideas to throw out if we end up doing that. And I think it’d be cool for some of us to write some! I probably wouldn’t, at least for a bit longer, since I would benefit from reading them as opposed to writing them. But I still think that would be awesome.

I think handing out some positions and such would be very helpful on two levels. First, it would ease the responsibility on you, and second, it would make us be more active. I know some people can’t be very active because of personal things (like will happen with me this coming week), but if I had some responsibility that the guild was holding me to, I would be forced to be more active. So I think that would be a good thing to do. And believe me, I know the feeling! Either more or less hectic, there is no in-between…

I really like @steward-of-the-pen ‘s suggestion! I think a lot of us would benefit from that. (Acting as a judge.)

A couple other thoughts/questions/etc… Who usually comes up with the prompts for the competitions? I think it’d be cool if we all took turns coming up with one. Obviously we would run it by you to confirm it first, but I think that’d be cool. (And why I just repeated myself, I have no clue.)

I’ve gotta run off and have lunch now, but I’ll be thinking of some other things while I do. Thank you for this post and these thoughts!
