What in blue blazes just happened?
Grunting, Lin lifted a hand to his throbbing head, dark eyes struggling to open. The pain from his fall was still lingering, intensified by the dizziness and disorientation that came with being disintegrated—the sickness in his stomach was now extremely violent, and without even thinking he flopped onto his stomach and threw up. The stomach acid did not taste pleasant at all. Eyelids barely peeling apart, he winced at the brightness of his surroundings, unable to discern where he was or what he was doing or how he had gotten there. His brain was very much failing to function.
He threw up again. It was then that he realized that he was caught in a tree, and the products of his weak stomach was sprawled in crass graffiti along the trunk of the tree beneath him. That’s gross, he thought mindlessly.
He wanted to go to sleep, but the throbbing was too intense. Every time he moved, it was like fire crawling up his limbs to penetrate his chest with a searing heat. The last thing he wanted to do was get up and look around.
But he did. If there was anything he knew, it was that he couldn’t sit still when stuff like this happened. That was pretty much survival 101.
Grappling at the bark of the tree, Lin heaved himself into a sitting position, fingernails grinding into the splintery wood. “Ugh,” he gasped, head swimming. The world around him was so lopsided. Shaking his head and closing his eyes, he reached a hand upward again to try and steady himself, taking a few deep breaths and fiercely biting his lower lip. After a while he began to taste blood.
Okay, okay, Lin, he thought, nodding to himself as he took another intentional breath. You got this. It’ll be okay. Open your eyes.
He did just that. Furrowing his brows, he swallowed as he let the light pierce through his eyes, sending waves of headache through his skull. Still, he kept them open.
He wasn’t alone.
Squinting, he tilted his head to look at another… person. There was someone with Lin, in the trees. Who—?
Colorado! It was Colorado! Lin’s jaw fell open a moment as the memories came flashing back to him. The lady he hit. The fight. It all flashed through his mind in an intense, vibrant slideshow, filling his veins with adrenaline.
“Colorado! Colorado!” He called. Jumping up, he grabbed the trunk to keep his balance, his bare feet against the wood. “What just happened??”

Sorry if this doesn’t go along with what was already written—I’ve tried to catch up but might have missed something. Do fill me in if I’m missing anything. (:
