@graceabounds2129 That is such a cool tradition! I wish my family had ever done something like that together, but we never really did. I mean we usually decorated the tree together, but that was about it. Also, I love your story! That is so sweet and heartwarming <3

@missfaeriekaiti OH MY GOSH GAITHERS! YASSS!!! I haven’t heard this one yet! But I am now IN LOVE! I’ve grown up on the Gaithers and it’s so frustrating that almost no one knows who they are when I get all excited! I got to see them in concert (a Christmas concert, too!) a few years ago. I literally cried for the first half of the concert I was so emotionally overwhelmed.

@brie-donning Monopoly is a great way to bring everyone together! We like our board games and card games, too. We’re a big family, so games are always rowdy and chaotic. 🙂 I’m so excited about your playlists! Thanks for sharing!! I have a lot of Irish in me which may have something to do with my obsession with Celtic music, or it could just be the Lord of the Dance video that my grandma played so many times when I was super little…XD It sits on my shelf now and sometimes I just pop it in for the fun of it. I woke up thinking about the Nativity Story movie today. I may have to play that this weekend.

@kayla-joy Ohh, that sounds magical! I remember going to see the Christmas lights at the track in Bristol, TN once when I was little. I’ve never seen so many lights in all my life.

@pookiemonster Do you make them from scratch? Would you care to share any recipes? I can bake other things, but I’m still learning how to make cookies! Your Funnel Cake Day sounds like a blast! I’ve only had funnel cake once, but I’d love to have a Christmas movie marathon like that!
