It’s no problem not liking Tolkien… if everyone in the world was alike, think how boring that would be? You just get to love other awesome things!

But, if you’re gonna try to introduce yourself to it, I’d say start with the Lord of the Rings. Plus, don’t get discouraged if other people say that The Two Towers is so boring, because it’s a bunch of traveling, because it was actually my favorite book out of the three.

I echo @evelyn ‘s question… What’s your favorite Jane Austin? Mine is Pride and Prejudice. I have, probably unfortunately, a strong resemblance to Elizabeth’s pride and stubbornness, so it’s a good reminder to me of how badly things could turn out. 🙂
