@e-k-seaver, I can’t say I’m the world’s most experienced beta (or gamma) reader, but I have done it a few times before, and I have a fairly good sense of what it takes to make a story a good one. Yours looks interesting–a little different than what I’ve tried before. If you want, I’d be happy to give it a shot. Would you be willing to beta read my upcoming novel in exchange? It’s a speculative fiction/romantic suspense story and will be roughly 50,000 words.
