I think contests might be a good idea. I feel like those could be good motivators. Other than that, I don’t have any other ideas.

That’s a very cool idea! Unfortunately, I don’t have any suggestions.

Hmm….this may come as a surprise, but I can’t really think of anyone specific who has inspired me. There’s no artist whom I could point out and say that he/she was one of the people to really make an impact in my art life.
So, there hasn’t really been anyone specifically. But I will say I have gotten inspiration from various artists(that I…[Read more]

I was really proud of this one, because this was the first time I worked with charcoal, I’d never tried charcoal until this piece. (I did this several years ago)
I think it taught me that I could work in other mediums other than pencil.

I wish I could post something, but I don’t have any art worth posting here at the moment. I’ve had some really busy weeks, so I haven’t gotten a lot of art done.

Is there a way to remove me from the guild? Lately, life has been busy and I haven’t been contributing very much or being active here. I feel bad for not being so active here.

At the time it was frustrating, but the art did come out fine without it. I don’t really regret it either. So all came out well in the end.

Hmm…..fan art. Well, I do believe that as Christians, we should be wary of what we illustrate. My dad commented on one of my pieces at one point. It was a character who smokes. I thought it would be fine to replicate this image (because it was what he did and was) but I wanted to get some input. He had some good points. By illustrating this,…[Read more]

I can’t recall at the moment (We went to other places too) But it wasn’t Northern Ireland. We did see the Cliffs of Moher, and we went close to the Skellig Islands. We were also in Dublin City for a time.
That’s really cool that you got to be in Northern Ireland!

Thanks, I’ll try.
Ooh, nice! I don’t do a ton of diary art. But I’ll do a little pen art in my journal/diary. I would like to be able to draw people. (Good job in being able to do that) But I haven’t really invested the time into practice.
I draw all sorts of things. I favor pencil and pen, but work in charcoal, oil painting,…[Read more]

@cassie-hartfinh, hi! Nice to meet you!
Yes, I do! That’s cool that you do too!
I’ve collected coins from all over the place. I don’t think I can say I have coins from everywhere though. I actually can’t tell where some of them are from (I do have a coin book, but it can be difficult) Some of them are from England, Ireland, China, Singapore,…[Read more]

Hello everyone! I’m Hope, and it’s nice to meet you all. I’m a Christian from upstate New York in the USA. I have a large family and including myself, all of my siblings are adopted. We have four cats, Ragdolls to be precise and they are adorable! I love to write, draw, swim, and sing. I also collect currency from foreign countries. Like so…[Read more]

@christine.eaton.art
Sometimes I get my inspiration from seeing other people’s art pieces. They look so impressive or great that it makes me want to create something wonderful too. In addition, sometimes I just feel like I haven’t drawn anything in awhile and I see something or watch something that looks good.
