Hi @corkybookworm ! Pleased to “meet” you. That takes a lot of time and commitment to track down and respond to all of the intros.

Seems like you already have two great projects underway. What are they both about?

I’m kind of in a writing rut right now. I have ideas but I’m struggling with how to bring them to life.

Example: I’ve had a poem about Houdini in the works for about a month or so. I know I want it to be a monologue from his perspective, with the poem starting with him bragging on himself (specifically his trick where he’d take a blow to the abs and walk away unphazed) and ending with his death from his ruptured appendix. I even know that I want it to be about self deception. But I just can’t seem to get it to stick.
