Hey, nice to formally meet you, and welcome to SE!

(Also, yes, Bilbo is just that likable.)

As you probably remember, I’m a fellow INTJ, probably T over A, enneagram 5 or 6…. it’s been a while since I tested that. As for my favorite authors, I’ve probably have to say Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Victor Hugo, and Peretti. (I do like a good thriller every now and then, and when I was younger I loved his YA series because of the archaeology in them. [I love archaeology or anything like it–paleontology, geology, etc..]) I’ve yet to try reading Sanderson, but when I do I think he’ll probably rank pretty high on my list of favorite authors as well. But he probably won’t displace those ones.

So, you write Hi-Fi, fantasy, and contemporary, right? What your favorite Hi-Fi novel/series? I really loved The Ides of April by Mary Ray(the second book wasn’t quite as good though in my opinion–the story’s stakes had gone down so far, plus the end of the first felt more like a final ending that didn’t need to be continued.), and Rifles for Watie(Newberry Medal winner, and a great book overall. The villain in entirely fiction as is the main catalyst to the plot, but it’s tied in very well with actual history. Plus it’s Civil War era and I’ll read about anything relating to the Civil War or Lincoln.)

So, I think I’ll leave off here, before I turn this into a page-long rant about something-or-other, but again, welcome to SE! (Also, if you’re thinking of joining a guild, Erekdale is 100% the best. XD)
