Nope, they’re from the mystery! The only character I really have from the pirate novel is my MC, Mejt. Ophelia and Athena are just easier since they already have an established dynamic.

and Tullian, an Empath. He would be so cool! But he might fall apart with all the drama in these characters’ lives. He might fall physically ill or go crazy or something because of everything Aydin feels…and Quin. Yikes.

Aydin’s only role in the story is to deal physic damage to every empathetic person within a mile range XD

I think Alaric or Isella would be awesome, though I love the idea of Tullian, that has a lot of potential XD
