I resonated with what you shared. I mean, if you can do it all yourself, what need is there for community? Been there, and just in the past year I’ve begun learning what you did. So no matter how inexplicable all this seems, there’s a reason, and you’re not the only one who feels this way.

It scares me to rely on other people too. Because people let you down. WILL let you down. In my experience, they’ll leave you, disappoint you and break your heart. But people will also lift you up, point you back to Jesus and be there when suddenly you really need somebody. And that’s worth the risk, right? 🙂 Thanks for stepping out and taking that risk. I’m guessing you’ll be glad you did.

Even if the reason for this fear is just a lie we’ve believed, it’s still a reason. Welcome to the truth! May we all bask in its glow. 🙂
