Oooh, a portal fantasy! That sounds interesting right away! 😀

I guess my biggest critique is that I’d want to know why 1) the MC is transferred to another world (is one of her parents from there and she doesn’t know it, maybe?), and 2) why the king would send her on the quest. Is there something special about her? What is the purpose of the quest and the big test? Is he trying to destroy her because she’s prophesied to harm him? Or save his kingdom? And why must she work with the true son to defeat the imposter? What is personally at stake for her and what is her motivation? You might already have this stuff figured out, but just from the stuff you wrote, those questions came to mind for me 🙂
