@h-jones UGH I LOVE HIM. I like all the things he carries with him! Now we have two bickering redheads! xD I agree with Fledge. I wouldn’t have thought of this color combination. But it suits him so well!

That must’ve taken quite some time to make! I think you draw males really good, especially their faces! I still struggle with drawing them a lot. But the more we draw them the more we improve!

Also A BIG YES to making readers wonder if KISETTE (I like that name so much haha) gets together or not. It makes everything so much cuter really :’)

If I had seen Kester’s refsheet before I would’ve changed some things about him. He really is Flynn. I just can’t get his nose right!! xD

So here are Kester and Clarion. Some expressions for Gisette. She’s looking all sad at one of Kester’s feathers at the left one, I’m not sure why… Also Gisette and Basil being two cuties as he explains which route they’re going to take next! Then there’s some floating islands concepts. With the right one being part of Gisette’s kingdom and the left one maybe being one of the villain’s technology factories? And the last one is the squad ‘enjoying’ a flying ship ride haha.

@Fledge, right? This is honestly my favorite project at the moment. It’s just coming together more and more! And that’s a great question! I think they might have to split up at some point. Maybe some of them get captured or maybe some have to take a different route or there’s another reason for them to split up.

Also for Basil. That’s a hard one! Especially if he does not care about everyone just yet. Maybe Gisette makes him promise that he has to help them and a promise to the crown princess is definitely one you have to keep? I’m going to work on Gisette’s backstory a bit and will post it when it’s ready! Maybe that can spark up some ideas 🙂
