@eden-anderson @the-fledgling-artist YES! I really like hearing about other people’s characters as well! I’ve been working on Lea and her story about two months now. So she actually is quite new for me too and I’m still working on her. Started writing the actual thing about a week ago (Just finished the first draft of the prologue today, yay!)

Lea grew up in a poor but warm family. With three sisters and a sweet mom and dad. She’s the daughter of a miner who fills her head with dreams about far off places and hidden lands. The truth is that no one even believes that other lands exist, no one has ever seen the border and if there is a border no one would be allowed to cross it. After her father dies because of an ‘’accident’’ she is set on becoming a dressmaker. Even though witnessing het fathers death has made her fearfull, she never lost her curiousity. She tries her best to blend into a society that expects her to work for a merciless queen who’s never satisfied. At this point Lea wonders if she should just leave her childish dreams behind. That’s untill she meets a cartographer who claims to be from the land beyond the mountains.

I don’t want to spoil too much but this is the first time in two years that I’m really having fun writing again! (:
