Dagger K grinned. Korzen was practically running now. And his friends were following at the same pace. Running. Running right in to her trap. She pulled her hood up and snapped. A cloud of thick fog billowed up around her. When it cleared, Dagger K was gone.

Kor suddenly stopped. Colorado almost ran into him and the others had trouble stopping so quickly as well.

“What’s wrong?” Colorado looked at him, concerned.

“Yeah. Why’d we stop?” Jake looked around. “I don’t see any of the others.”

Kor frowned. “That’s just it. I don’t feel the pull anymore. But… no one else is here. I don’t understand what happened. Why did it just stop?”

Suddenly, a cloud of thick mist appeared in front of the group and a silky voice was heard from within it, “Why, the answer to your question is simple enough. The ‘pull’ has stopped because you’ve reached your destination. Not your dear twin. No. But me.” A cloaked figure stepped out of the fog.

Kor took a step back. “Who are you? Are you the one who made me see what Eiri saw!?”

The figure smiled, it wasn’t a pleasant smile though. “Yes. I did.”

Colorado took a step forward. “Where’s Lex!? What did you do to her!?”

The figure lowered her hood, revealing a woman with brown hair that had turquoise and silver streaks as well as a sharp face. Her intense, and slightly crazed, purple eyes bored into Col. “Me? Nothing. Yet anyway. I can’t say others haven’t done anything though.”

Col’s fists clenched. “Where is she!?”

The woman tilted her head, obviously amused. “Oh, she’s with Korzen’s dear sister.”

“Who are you!?” Kor drew his sword and pointed it at the woman. “How do you know who we are!?”

The woman looked at Kor condescendingly, still smiling. “Why, because I know you of course.”

“What!? How!? I don’t know you!” Kor looked wildly confused, and extremely worried.

“No. I wouldn’t expect you to.” The woman stepped closer, her cloak swirling around her with the movement, revealing a long dagger in a sheath attached to her thigh.

“But… you… I… AUGH.” Kor was at a loss for words.

Avery came forward next to Kor and Col. “So if we’re here. Where are the others?”

The woman’s smile grew. “Oh you’ll find out soon enough.”

West sighed. “You still haven’t told us who you are!”

“You may call me Dagger.” Dagger got even closer. “And now, it’s time for me to bid thee farewell.”

“Wait. What!?” Jake’s eyes widened and the creature jumped off of his shoulders, hissing at Dagger.

Dagger’s eyes narrowed as she looked at the creature. “Hmph. You should know better by now Artist. And now. Farewell my dears!” She made a motion with her hands and the ground disappeared underneath the groups’ feet. They all fell through and suddenly they were falling out of the sky, right on top of Eiri, Lex, Akinlie, The Immortal, Scarlet, Matz, Reyna, and Calla.
