Oh it was so funny!! I’m potentially going to be singing O Holy Night for church on Sunday, and I have to hit the A flat, so… Lots of practice!!! Well, my brother thought my scales were pretty funny (I have learned not to care when people see me doing lip-buzzes and scales, but sirens, not yet, those are still embarrassing). It sounded… I can’t describe how it sounded. It was something else.
@anne-of-lothlorien *GIVES YOU ANOTHER HUG* Oh dear old AIO, I love it so much… I loved the album… what was it called… The one that ends with Wooton asking Penny to marry him, that one is so great.
*Is a little disappointed @wordsmith woke up before I could attempt waking him up with a taser, but oh well…*
@wordsmith well good, because girls love laughing at guys. Guys are just… Odd species at times, and can be very shocking at times by their logic and sayings (I’m not going to even mention the odd things they do when wearing heels and such).
Well, that just proves a high level of confidence. I have zero confidence in my walking skills wearing heels… so I stick to more safe shoes. Or safe until I pull them off and walk across a blistering pavement…
Hey, I’m accepting of that!! At least you made it to Texas!!! I may have a host of pro-Texan sayings and statements, but you’ve proven yourself to be awesome without the Texan blood, have no worries.
Well… The thing is is that I’m not very good with anything like that. I may or may not run outside to dance in the woods at night, but even doing hand motions for a kids song can be dangerous with me. I do agree with the teacher’s logic though, I took piano for years, am teaching my little sisters, and am going to be learning cello, which is an entirely new realm for me.
LOTR is the biggest thing that the SE members have in common, so that is the first type of example I can think of for anything (actually that is true in real life quite often as well). Good for you, my brother can’t sing high easily, which is odd when we try to sing together because finding the right key can be tricky. I can sing all the LOTR/Hobbit songs in their original keys, but it can be hard, Into the West gets me out of breath.
BTW, I’m glad your voice doesn’t squeak, my brother’s voice was so funny when it used to squeak. XD
