I agree. I struggled with the system all throughout the day, so I started writing my post in a Word doc before pasting them into the Chat Form panel. That way, if they evaporated into the ether, I didn’t pull my hair out, trying to remember and re-type what I wrote the first time. Good luck to you. Looking forward to seeing the picture you are planning to upload. If the system perhaps says it is too large or something of that nature, try bringing it up and using your Windows Snip-it Tool to capture the image and save it as a lower resolution JPEG file. It might be easier to upload then and give you less trouble with the form. [Just a thought.]
