I’m down with shipping Luna and Riley

I raised an eyebrow at Riley, “I’m a vigilante, I’ve actually been in these kinds of situation. Albeit, not in a temple of all places, but these types of situations, yes. And that’s two adults, and two children, one of the adults being a woman. They’re a family.”

“how did you know that?” Riley asked and I tapped on my head. Riley nodded, but kept talking, “Even if it’s a family they might be dangerous.”

Riley grabbed my arm and pulled be back to behind him. I started to protest, but I noticed his pack had started to make more gasoline. And his hands were out and the gloves were sparking. I flinched away from the oncoming fire, hiding further behind Riley.

The sun was nice on my scales and I climbed up onto Jack’s head, my head hovering up to the sun. I coiled tightly and basked in the sunlight. I smelled the air and it came back as sweet and clear.

it’s nice out here, I murmured, curling into myself and settling down into Jack’s black hair.
