Ok, just came up with these yesterday

Jack, when like, 14-

*loud bam from the stairwell*
His mom: “What was that?”
Jack: *muffled* “My shirt fell.”
Mom: “That sounded louder than a shirt falling, though.”
Jack: *groaning* “I was in the shirt.”

Alan, when like 10-

*hears someone say, “Always be positive*
Next time he trips down the stairs-
“WHOO! I got down those stairs fast!”
*goes to have his bumped head looked at, a big grin spread over his face*
