Hey guys,

I think we should probably get to work on our first draft of this document. That would give us about a week to critique it. I’m not sure what we want to do, but we should probably figure that out pretty quickly. I could try to write it, but I have never written in 2nd person before so I am probably not the best choice.

I desperately want mystery to be one of them. I love writing mystery books (I’m not very good though) and it is a major genre so I think it fits.

Alright, I need some clarification. Is it second person only, or is it a mix of first and second person?

Hey, sorry it has taken me so long to respond. Blue Book was HARD this semester, at least for me. I thought that some of Walden’s ideas were kind of interesting. I really didn’t like how he talked about how you should ignore your elders because they won’t tell you anything.

One idea that I first had was that we could do something like a letter, but I am not sure what it should be about.

Step 1: Sign up for a Google Docs account.

Step 2: Turn on copy/paste extension.

Step 3: Turn on offline sync. (Very important or you won’t be able to edit without internet connection.)

Step 4: Copy/paste everything in your Word Docs over to your Google Docs.

It sounds like we have several similarities. My dad is also a math major and he teaches Mathematics at Rose Hulman University. I live on fifteen acres of land, but my neighbors let me roam through their woods and so I have probably explored about 85 or 90 acres around my house.

I prefer coffee to wake up first thing in the morning, follow that with a cup of mint tea, and then in the afternoon I drink sweet iced tea, lemonade, or root beer. (Obviously there is also a lot of water in there.)

I really enjoyed Tom Sawyer and The Pit and the Pendulum. I would say that Challenge 1 was more difficult than the previous two, but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Next year looks to be really good. What did you think about his ideas of corporal punishment? Also, what did you think about Walden?

@evelyn   I have troubles keeping up with the formats of formal debates. I prefer to answer my opponent as soon as they raise questions. Formal Debates are fun too though. Formal debates and Mock Trial, do you happen to do Classical Conversations?
